Chief Minister digitally released the film Ulgulan – Ek Kranti

Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan digitally released Ulgulan – Ek Kranti feature film. It was released digitally on the portal of Public Relations Department. Famous actor Nitish Bhardwaj, film’s producer director Ashok Sharan and Commissioner Public Relations Dr. Sudam Khade were present in the program organized at the Chief Minister’s residence.

Ashok Sharan has produced about 200 short films on tribal life. The film is shot in Bhagwan Birsa Munda’s Karma Kshetra Khunti, Jharkhand. Madhya Pradesh is the first state where it was released digitally. The writer of the film is Padma Bhushan and former Lok Sabha Deputy Speaker Kadiya Munda.

It will be an honor for the tribes of India that they will be able to see and understand the life of Lord Birsa Munda through this film. The film’s producer-director Ashok Sharan told that Birsa Munda had announced the first Ulgulan i.e. revolution on 24-25 December 1898.

Ulgulan – Ek Kranti, a feature film based on the life of Bhagwan Birsa Munda has been made in 35mm cinema scope Dolby Digital sound. The film is made on the famous actors of Bollywood.
