Digital news portal honored Dr. Dibyajyoti Saikia

Assam, Guwahati: The digital news portal Daily Time Axom has entered its third year. On the second anniversary, a grand program was organized on December 16 at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Guwahati. On this occasion, the portal honored and felicitated many distinguished personalities from different regions of Assam. Senior actress of Assamese film industry Mridula Baruah, internationally renowned & International peace awardee, national human rights and social activist Dr. Dibyajyoti Saikia, international level player Nayanmani Saikia, senior journalist and editor-in-chief of satellite TV channel Prag News Prashant Rajguru and Deputy Speaker of Assam Legislative Assembly Dr. Numal Momin were honored by giving Fulam Gamcha and mementos. Journalist Rajguru, human rights activist Dr. Dibyajyoti Saikia, former APAC President Amiyo Bora also kept their valuable speech during the programme. Dr. Dibyajyoti Saikia said that now a days in comparison to big media and television channels & news paper news portals have exposed the misdeeds of the government in the interest of the public.
